Case Studies

End-to-end product design across enterprise healthcare, government, consumer, and AI-powered products.

VIME was a 0-to-1 AI accessibility product for Estée Lauder Companies. I designed voice-guided flows that allow vision-impaired users to independently identify and evaluate cosmetic products, something participants said they had never been able to do before. I owned the full design from concept through a TestFlight pilot with 9 participants.

Key insight

Users wanted independence, not assistance; the design had to feel empowering, not assistive or remedial

Role

Sole Product Designer covering concept, research, interaction design, prototyping, and pilot validation

Methods

Accessibility research, VoiceOver testing, non-visual guidance design, TestFlight pilot with 9 participants

I led a senior design pod at Walgreens spanning 5 lines of business, building design-ops frameworks and async collaboration processes for a distributed, cross-border team. I established shared component libraries, design review rituals, and cross-team standards that improved design consistency and reduced cycle time across the organization.

Pod structure

1 lead + 3 designers spanning 5 lines of business across distributed, cross-border teams

Approach

Established async design review processes, shared component libraries, and cross-team design rituals

Outcome

Reduced design cycle time and improved consistency across 5 lines of business

I owned the UX for Continuous Vetting and adjudication workflows end-to-end, spanning 9 scrum teams, 400+ agencies, and 3.4M+ users. I also owned the design system and 508-compliance patterns, and created designer↔developer mapping documentation to prevent implementation drift at scale.

Impact

3.4M+ users across 400+ federal agencies, representing the largest U.S. personnel vetting modernization in decades

Role

Senior UX Designer who owned CV and adjudication UX, the design system, and 508 compliance across 9 scrum teams

Methods
